We have long standing partnerships with an international team of native in-country translators covering all major European and Asian languages.

AQ are able to provide translation services for console and mobile products. A master version of the in-game or product text, as well as any restrictions in text lengths should be defined within a spreadsheet and provided to AQ, along with a product demo, where possible. It is highly desirable that a demonstration version of the product is provided, so that translators are not just relying on the product text within a spreadsheet, but also have a version available, allowing them to work directly and along with overall or specific product or game contexts. This enables the translators to translate completely and directly within the context of a product or game, with user interface and any specific interactivity or applicable in-game story preserved in the target language.

Our translators can use their familiarity with your game to localise game-related documents, consistent with the tone of your product. We can provide localised screenshots for your manuals and test the manuals or documentation against the product.

While we're at it, we can check that all submission criteria are adhered to (such as for marketing material or other supporting information). Our teams and equipment can also provide localised screen shots for use in your game manuals, while complying with technical standards and requirements. Documentation can be vetted against content requirements, trademark standards, product or game functionality, overall product context, localization requirements, game tone and consistency, as well as translation consistency.
