Absolute Quality, an e4e company, is one of the world's leading providers of testing, technical support and content localization services to the interactive entertainment industry. With global operations in Baltimore and Glasgow, and a localization solution based in Düsseldorf and Munich, Absolute Quality is the perfect launch-pad for publishers and developers wishing to localise, test and certify their titles for distribution throughout Europe, North America and Asia.

Absolute Quality was founded in 1996 by five members of MicroProse Software Inc. Recognising the industry's need for highly sophisticated outsourcing options, with superior multimedia and software capabilities, the founders capitalised on their expertise, invested in high-tech equipment and quickly became the preferred outsource solution of major developers and publishers.

In 1999, AQ opened its European headquarters in Glasgow, Scotland allowing multilingual services to the European market. This was followed in 2004 by the launch of a new localization division in Munich, Germany allowing us to integrate translation, content localization and voice-over into our comprehensive range of support services for games developers and publishers.

Also in 2004, Absolute Quality was acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary of e4e Inc, a large privately held company with US headquarters in Santa Clara, California, specialising in technical support and infrastructure management services and with operations in Phoenix, Arizona and Bangalore, India. As a wholly owned subsidiary of e4e Inc, Absolute Quality enjoys the benefits of a closely held, well capitalised operating company with a strong balance sheet. Being part of the e4e group of companies has allowed AQ to expand and deliver capabilities globally; contributing to the increased market success and strong company growth, which AQ has seen in recent years.

As one of the world's largest test houses, with over 400 highly trained employees worldwide based in Glasgow, Baltimore, Bangalore and Munich; Absolute Quality is capable of ramping up capacity very quickly to take on high volumes of test work. With sophisticated IT systems, back up facilities, networked and physical security systems supporting our high-end technology and platforms; AQ provides state of the art global services and solutions to the games, multimedia and software industries.
